Shipping Policy
We ship all orders to an address outside of Japan via FedEx Priority and DHL Express. We ship to over 30 countries or regions. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and select U.S. Territories. If you have any questions about your order contact LuxUness Customer Service team Monday – Friday, 9:30AM – 6:30PM GMT+9 at customer@luxuness.com.
