When your item is shipped, you’ll receive an offer to purchase 60-Day Return Guarantee
If you accept and pay for the insurance, you’ll enjoy a 60-day worry-free return policy starting from the day of shipping.

After your item is shipped, you will receive an email from LuxUness Pro regarding your return protection insurance.
Please open the email and follow the instructions to complete your insurance activation.
Please complete your purchase within 72 hours of receiving the email. After this period, you will no longer be eligible to purchase the return insurance for this order.
For Vip Client:
The insurance requires a separate payment and is not included in your order total.
Its cost is dynamic and may vary depending on your past return rate and total return amount.
The starting rate is 9% of your order value.(LuxUness will cover an additional 50% for you)
So the insurance amount will be 4.5% of the order amount.

Your 60-Day Return Guarantee will only become effective after the insurance is successfully activated.

Insurance Coverage Period:
Starting from the day of shipping to 59 days, 23 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds after the time of purchase.
Since the return insurance must be processed through our team, you’ll need to contact us directly to exercise your return rights.
Due to potential time zone differences and processing times, we strongly advise against waiting until the final moments of your coverage period to reach out.
To ensure a smooth experience, please contact us at least 2 business days in advance if you intend to use your insurance benefits.
Return Process:
- Contact us at b2b@luxuness.com within 60 days of placing your order.
- LuxUness Group will provide you with a return waybill.
- Contact the Logistics Service Provider (DHL or FedEx) and hand over the package to them.
When LuxUness ships goods, we conduct strict quality inspections on the products and record the quality inspection process of each product.
Please ensure that when returning, the goods remain in their original condition and the integrity of the original accessories of the brand (such as the dust bags of louis vuitton).
If obvious scratches or other new usage marks appear during the period when you hold the goods. We have the right to refuse returns or reduce the refund amount.
Refund:
Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
The amount will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your credit card issuer.
Please note that any customs duties you paid are not covered by the insurance and will not be refunded.
